Your information on the Intellicc websites

1. What this notice covers

The Intellicc websites: intellicc.com (including intellicc.com/academy), facility-inspector.com and myfoodtracking.com, the Sofi chat on them, and the Intellicc phone and WhatsApp number, 787-333-2159.

The Intellicc applications (Facility Inspector, FoodTracking, MyFoodTracking, Cloud PIM, Warehouse FS and Intellicc Academy) have their own privacy notice, separate from this one.

2. What information we collect

• The Sofi chat. What you write. Sofi asks for your name, the agency, program, center or municipality you are writing from, the product you are asking about and what you need, and how to reach you (phone or email). When the conversation ends, what you told her is emailed to the Intellicc team.
• The phone. Your number, the time and length of the call, the option you chose and, if you leave a voicemail, the recording, which is emailed to the team.
• WhatsApp and text messages to 787-333-2159. What you write and the photos you send. Sofi asks you the same questions as in the chat, and what you told her is emailed to the team.
• The contact form on intellicc.com. Your name, your email or phone, your organization and your message.
• What your browser does when you visit. The Meta Pixel tells Meta that you visited a page, with technical information from your browser (such as your IP address and Meta’s cookies). When you write in the chat or request a demo, it tells Meta that there was a contact, without what you wrote. The chat remembers your conversation in your browser while the page is open.
• Intellicc emails. If you are a client or gave us your email, we may send you emails about our products. Each one explains how to unsubscribe.

3. What we use it for

To answer you, give you the information or the demo you asked for, serve our clients, learn what people ask so we can improve the websites, measure and show our ads, and prevent abuse (for example, a limit on messages per conversation). We do not sell your information or give it to anyone for their own advertising.

4. Who sees it

The Intellicc team, and the providers we need to make this work, only for that purpose:

5. How long we keep it

• Chat and WhatsApp conversations stay in Twilio for up to 24 hours, to keep track of the conversation.
• The voice recording is deleted from Twilio once it is emailed to the team.
• The emails with what you told us stay in the Intellicc mailbox for as long as they are needed to help you or for the relationship with your organization.
• What Meta receives, under its own rules.

6. Children

The websites are for the staff of programs, agencies and municipalities, not for children. Do not write children’s names or information in the chat or on WhatsApp. Sofi masks Social Security numbers before anything is stored.

7. What you can ask for

You can ask to see the information we have about you, to correct it or to have us delete it, and to unsubscribe from our emails. Write to admin@intellicc.com or call 787-333-2159. To block the Meta Pixel, use your browser settings or the ad settings of your Meta account.

8. Security

We protect information with reasonable measures. If there is ever an incident that affects your information, we will notify you as Puerto Rico law requires.

9. Changes to this notice

Each version shows its date at the top. If something important changes, we publish it on this page before it takes effect, and from that day on the new notice applies to what is collected afterward.
